With the recent success of coach Jason O’Grady and his team Matthew ‘Freddy’ Blackwell, Tom Banks, Dean Barnett and Andy Dunn winning the first season of Zero To Hero Boxing they have decided to put their skills to good use for everyone.
We plan to put our boxing knowledge backed up with our extensive careers in different martial arts and fitness projects to create a new and different way to training.
Classes have started now and will be held on Friday nights at 7pm
