Cage Fitness Training

About the class

Caged Fitness Training is a 30-minute full body workout designed to give you maximum effect in a short time. Based on training used in MMA (mixed Martial Arts) it consists of 5 x 5minute rounds like a championship fight with a 1 minute break between rounds. There is no contact, no partner training just you working at your level to increase your fitness.
